Domestic U.S. shipping costs $15.
Any order greater than or equal to $99 gets FREE shipping.
Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this.
Orders ship from Los Angeles, Calif., and will take anywhere from 4 – 5 business days for delivery depending on current stock.
Our business hours are:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.
- Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm PST.
We ship anywhere in the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Return & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Although Cannabis is legal in some states, we cannot receive back any piece that has been used, regardless of what substances with which it was used or whether it has been thoroughly cleaned. If you think you’ll need to return a piece for any reason, contact us before using it.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to mk100glass@gmail.com.
You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.
LEGAL NOTE: Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. MAV GLASS is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products.
MISSING ITEMS: Smaller items may have shifted during transit. Please check all packaging before throwing it away. You have 3 days to report a missing item. Once the shortage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request store credit of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 3 days of the product received date.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAILERS: Returns, replacements and store credits are for pieces purchased from www.mk100glass.com only. If you bought a MK100 GLASS product from another retailer (either a physical store or an online retailer), we are unfortunately not able to provide support.
